1)What fears or reservations may these individuals from other agencies have about acting as traditional first responders?

Individuals from other agencies acting as traditional first responders always have the fear of transmission of disease to them. They usually have worries about their own health and their family and children. Traditional first responders from other agencies might have not been trained enough to handle new disease outbreaks like Ebola hemorrhagic fever. Due to lack of knowledge and training they may fear as to act as traditional first responders.

2) How would you eliminate these fears in an effort to obtain the man power necessary to treat the influx of patients?

We can eliminate these fears with proper training and education. They should be provided with all necessary preventive materials and medicines . We should convince them by providing proper education and we should provide them courage. The fear of disease transmission should be eliminated.

3)What would you do if you were unable to eliminate these fears?

If we are unable to eliminate these fears even after the training and education, we should first act traditional first responders and should boost their confidence.
