In many economic system what goods/services are produced, how they are produced and for whom is decided by the government-everyone receives healthcare it is paid for by taxes not by insurance premiums . In the U.S health care is decided by the market, deciding what to provide (what products to develop) how it is produced and who receives the output-who gets the care is primarily decided by the market. Compare the two systems and should the government decide the what healthcare, how and for whom? please use own words.

the design and performance of healthcare in US is completely in the hands of private sector, not in the hands of government sector. with this the competency between healthcare providers will be increase and because of this competition they offer quality services at reasonable cost. if government interven or control this, it may leads to many problems rather than solution.

and to make any change or new system government requires higher time, where as in private system, it will be doen in less time. in governement regulation and contol firms can not offer and works at their affordable level. they always feared and concern about government regulations and rules rather than the quality and nature of services.
