It also reduce the work environment of the business. The work environment like, it diminish the motivation and performance of the employees.

In the recent research the knee jerking will downsizing by the company by reducing the perfomance, most commonly, the inner work life suffer, it is, motivations, emotions, views of the organizations, and top managers, In the organizational downsizing will be impacted then the managers must connect their emplyees openly and honestly.
