Explanation / Answer

All the diseases listed on the given website have some sort of interlinkage. Overweight and obesity can result in bad lipid profile with a rise in LDL which can cause cardiac problems. There is an increased association between obesity and hypertension and hypertension again is a cause of cardio vascular disease. The functioning of heart and lungs is very closely related, so problem with might affect another. The meaning of medical terms could be identified through breaking up of a term into parts, e.g.- "Pericarditis" broken down to peri/card/itis where itis most of the time refers to inflammation, card is related to heart, and peri would suggest periphery, so it is inflammation of a membrane or sac around the periphery of heart.
