THE MANAGEMENT ISA UNIVERSAL FUNCTION PERFORMED BY THE MANAGERS AROUND THE WORLD. THE MANAGEMENT IS FOUND IN ALL ORGANIZATIONS IN ITS MOST IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS VIZ. PLANNING, ORGANIZING, STAFFING, DIRECTING AND CONTROLLING. AGAIN MANAGEMENT IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF ALL ORGANIZATIONS LIKE COMPANY, BANK, RETAIL STORE, CHURCH, UNIVERSITY. ETC. HOWEVER MANAGEMENT IS BOTH AN ART AND SCIENCE. IN THE SCIENCE IT MEANS THAT THE PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT ARE UNIVERSAL BUT THERE APPLICATION TO SITUATIONS REQUIRES THE FINE TUNING OF AN ARTIST MIND. THUS FUNDAMENTALS ARE SAME BUT THE APPLICATION AND USE REQUIRES SKILLS. AGAIN THE MANAGEMENT SKILLS CAN BE TRANSFERRED AND LEARNED IN PROPER ENVIRONMENT.
VERY OFTEN IN THE REAL WORLD WE SEE THE TOP MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL SWITCHING JOBS FROM ONE ORGANIZATION WORKING IN A DIFFERENT SECTOR TO A JOB INTO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT SCENARIO.
