1.   Implement continuous improvement approach in the organization. It is the part of emergent change management strategy that is evolving in nature. Under this approach, organization studies the business environment and identifies challenges and opportunities. Accordingly, it acclimatizes and restructure the organization and move ahead to get first mover advantage. It is also the part of the KAIZEN approach of continuous improvement. It works effectively for those organizations who are operating in multiple geographical locations and want to manage diversity at different level.


2.   Regular study of processes in the organization. It helps in the prevention of waste and processes become more streamlined.
