I believe A is college students for the main target market. Then adults, teenagers, and preteens for the secondary markets. I am not sure about B.

a. the target market for Apple is divided based on income levels. the people who have higher income only they are the target customers for Apple. these products are too expensive with more qulity. the one who have technically sound knowledge, financially high position, they only looks for Apple products, but not all.
b. no, a premium product only should be treated as premium. it can not be offered or available to all. then there will be no use or no value for it. if BUGATI car is used by everyone and every common man, then there is no such passion about the car. so, they should only connected with high income people and it is enough for now.
