Explanation / Answer

6) If there is no further precipitation and the trend will remain the same, which is approximately 10 meters fall in 3 months.

Currently the level is around 645 meters therefore it takes one and a half to two months for level to fall down and enter stage 3 water restrictions.

7) Yes, there is strong coorelation between rainfall and aquifer water elevation and the both terms are directly related which means increase in rainfall will strongly increase aquifer water elevation.

8) On 5/15/2000 and on 6/22/2000 the above relation is seen very easily.
