b)Hazard analysis appears to be a simple process,but in reality it is more complex than most people envision. This factor can easily lead to misuse and confusion in a hazard analysis. In addition, some projects try to cut costs by performing a rudimentary hazard analysis and using untrained analysis,which also leads to abuse and misuse of hazard analysis.

d)Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging. It is used in a legal context for such areas as warranty contracts from manufacturers, which usually stipulate that damage from wear and tear will not be covered.

2) Yes, definitely I will consider this misuse in the market while designing. Based upon that I will take measures to reduce the negative effects of the product I am designing.
