1- In International Political Economy is an area in which we study the internal relationship among the countries and analyse the Economic Policy of the country. We can not the imagine the world without International Political Economy. The Polotical relationship among the two countries have an impact on the economic relationship between them. IPE also deals with the business, investment and market of the two countries. Strong political relationship does not give the guarantee of good economic relationship. For example, U.S.A. and China does not have a good political relationship but they have very good economic relationship. According to Professor Susan Strange International Political Economic is defined as "Gobbal exchange of good and service on the basis of economic anf political relationship.
2- New International Economic Order was establish in 1970 by some developing countries with the help of United Nations NIEO was developed to strengten the economic relationship between the developing countries. New International Economic Order was established to replaced the Bretton Woods System. The objective of NIEO is to refor the governance of developing countries to improve thier economic position. It also used to utilize the available resources in an optimum way.
