(b) Geological features of map B

i. Silurian-Devonian aged strata are folded into an antiform. The hinge of the fold trends NW-SE. This is a non-plunging fold, because the strike lines are nearly parallel in the both side. Folded layers are nearly symmetrical, not totally. The western side is steeper.

ii. A Cretaceous granite batholith intrudes the western portion of the folded layers.

iii. A Tertiary basaltic dyke intrudes both the folded layers and the intrusion described.
