Explanation / Answer

(a) Before the emergence of the android system Nokia was the leader in mobile technology and they have lost a lot due to being stagnant with the technology reform hence now the external technology impacts a lot on the organizational Structure of Nokia,they are now analysing consumer's needs; for example the high end technology they are using in their optics, the window system for universal use and collaborating with windows to provide best of internet available till this date.

(b) Organization’s structure have contributed to the effectiveness in this environment because various department can work together to achieve the much needed growth and development. Apart from this various department can work on various modules to give the required output in terms of quality and quantity.

(c) In my scenerio, I work in very organically structured type of environment where each and every aspect of consumer's need is fulfilled as per their requirements this is different from batch wise production as this will keep the requirement of every consumer in mind.
