(b) The have advantage over other as they can solve/ settle local problems related to nearby.
(c) As they know about the taste and needs of consumers, thus decision making is easy and can be accurate.
(d)As being local, the chance for their switching is low as compared.
Q2) FIRST... a)The expatriate managers who have from other place far from their native place would be discontent/ unsatified being too far from home.So, they are most likely to switch.
b)The asian culture is very different and complicated lifestyle would not allow them to mix in. Thus it would be difficult to manage employees and conduct proper regulation within.
Second....
The person can be posted to some other locations, If they are satisfied with it. Otherwise, they can either exchanged/placed to some other tie-up companies or they can be paid compensation.
