Question
2. One of the major factors enabling rapid population growth in emerging countries has been the development of a global food market, supplied by exports from the US and other countries. If we are concerned about limiting global population growth, it would seem that providing food to these rapidly-expanding populations would be counter to those interests. On the other hand, US farmers make billions of dollars a year in agricultural sales, supporting a nation-wide industrial food production system. Explore the conflicts between population control and profit. 2. A pressure needs to be put on those countries which have a vast population or rapidly increasing population growth. If human population growth is going to continue at high rates, Better growths will be in developed countries as they are already developed while developing countries are already on the stage of being fully developed. The developed countries have the money or resources to deal with it. That is why they are not running out of food but we should suspect the same condition in a developed country. The developing countries will soon run out of food and hence those countries which are already developed should stop food supply to the developing countries. This will not only put some pressure on them to control population growth, it will also help our planet from greater consequences. We should not think about profit at this moment of time as we are actually playing with our environment. Profit should be secondary factor first we need to control population growth.
