Researchers asked students to rate the importance (7 most important, 1 least important) of different attributes of local restaurants. Then, they asked them to rate multiple restaurants on those attributes (7 best, 1 worst). Below is the results they got after averaging students’ ratings:

By multiply importance of each attribute and corrosponding average rating and combining them(summing up) we get Multi attribute score.
Hence, Multi attribute score of Aloney's is 2*2 + 3*5 + 5*6 + 6*3 + 7*5 = 102
Similarly Multi attribute score of Martin's is 2*4 + 3*3 + 5*7 + 6*5 + 7*3 = 103
Multi attribute score of Typhoon is 2*5 + 3*2 + 5*5 + 6*7 + 7*7 = 132
Multi attribute score of Tavern is 2*4 + 3*6 + 5*4 + 6*5 + 7*4 = 104
As we can see from the above table that most important attribute is atmosphere(7) and Martin gets the lowest rating in that category, Hence Martin can improve the score by providing healthy environment. He can also improve the score by hiring more workers , which can lead to increase in speed of service.
Similarly, the most important attribute is atmosphere(7) and Tavern gets very low rating in that category, Hence Martin can improve the score by providing healthy environment. In order to further improve the rating, he also has to focus on friendly service because quality of friendly service of other restaurant are rated higher than his restaurant.
