Explanation / Answer

Firstly a quintile is one of five equal parts. The top 20% of those figures represent the upper quintile The bottom 20% represent the lower quintile.There are three quintiles between upper and lower quintile. So 5.1 lies in the lowest quintile showing the low income group. The rows sum up to 100 because we are calculating each value in percentage terms.In the 5th row which is the highest quintile row there is upward shigt in the income distribution and in the 1st row there is both first increase and then decrease in income distribution.
