First Paragraph

In this paragraph the general introduction to businesses and its types can be provided in about 150 words. Mention about the four types of business, which ones are more prominent, what are points of differences amongst them and so on. This paragraph should set a common ground and provide an overview of the general business system.

Second Paragraph

In this the context will be narrowed down to partnership and company types of business only. Firstly, define them and provide basic features of each type. This paragraph should contain different points of differences explained elaborately. The differences can be based on the following aspects: legality, registration process, number of members, liability and profit sharing, ownership, funding opportunities, objectives, regulatory disclosure requirments etc. This paragraph should be around 600-700 words.

Third Paragraph

This should comprise of various advantages and disadvantages of both company and partnership business types explained in detail covering at least 3 points each. Also should be included the various nomenclature used in different countries. This should be between 400-500 words.

Fourth Paragraph

This is the final paragraph giving the conclusion and highlighting which business types are usually used by different types of entrepreneurs. This paragraph should also mention about the reasons and examples of cases in which partnership firms got converted to company in the due course of their existence and what repercussions were faced by them post conversion. This should comprise the rest 300-400 words.
