Iceland’s crisis is caused by banking and business culture dominated by males and reckless. Tomasdottir found that women who run the show at home can play a big role in the sustainable growth of economy. Even before the crisis she has decided to set up a firm with feminine values in the spheres of wealth management and corporate advice. The core female values included are risk awareness, profit with principles, corporate culture as an asset and financial independence.
