As we know that today’s era is the era of communication and most of the organization and corporate firms givens a lot of value to those candidates who have an effective skill of fluent communication, articulation, and presence of mind while interacting with others. The communication competition arranged by HCC can be seen as one of the milestones in the direction of inculcating the effective communication skills among its students.
This is the platform where students are able to express their views, opinions and can learn a lot about public speaking. By participating in these programs, the students are well prepared for the corporate career as they can have a better exposure to public speaking, formal presentations and facing the unknown audience on regular basis. This will all boost the confidence among the students, improve their interaction ability and over a period of time will remove any kind of jitteriness while dealing with unknown situations.
If we look at the other aspect of this platform then these kinds of participation can add some extra points to the CVs of the students. The companies can filter them on the basis of these participations and while appearing in the interviews, they can have some favorable points to start with. These competitions will improve the grammatical mistakes, the articulation skills, confidence and communication etiquettes among the participants.
