a)Alt-1 and Alt-4 are same in every dimension in terms of leisure but Alt-1 costs more, so it can be eliminated

b) Alternative -3 can be eliminated as daily entertainment cost is high compared to others and also relaxation level is low.

we are only left with Alt-2 and Alt-4

Although Alt-2 gives high relaxation level but its cost components are too much than Alt-4 which gives moderate relaxation compared to Alt-2 but at comparatively at low cost. So Alt-4 is selected as best
