3-14 The overall employees attitude towards self service kiosk is negative in nature because most of the kiosk operating businesses work on very small margin and thus they tend to hire low skill workers for whom getting acquainted with new technologies is comparatively tough.

3-15 The low skilled or conventional job attitude is most affected by the introduction of kiosk in different sort of businesses but if we compare the change in attitude that comes with kiosk for consumers and employees then we’ll find that consumers are more effected by this technology and the consumer’s attitude is mostly positive as they can have more information in less duration of time and these kiosk can be easily upgraded as per the consumers’ requirements like the introduction of health conscious food vending kiosk.

3-16 It is very possible for business houses to make it easier for the employees to transit from conventional human vending to kiosk vending. This can be implemented by giving trainings that involves introduction and use of new technologies in vending sectors. Apart from it companies can also give education regarding the efficient use of these technologies and how these technologies can help in assisting employees by saving their time and labor.
