Enterprising and manufacturing have been the oldest activities of social economy and the products have continuously increased in numbers signifying the differentiation of the sector. Some definitive catalyzes were produced through specific interventions like the machining which led to superior, fast paced production capabilities. Machining capacities in the manufacturing shed suffered further momentum through the robotics which led to ‘automation’ as the guiding factor behind high quality, very swift and standards’ compliant programmed manufacturing. Now we talk of ‘advanced robotics’ taking over the production lines in the manufacturing oriented firms.
The impact of robotics has both positive and negative impacts on the employment and motivation of employees in the retail sector. So far, there has been no substantial research done into robotics, especially in the health care sector.
Replacing employees with robots is an inevitable choice for organizations in the manufacturing sector, more so in manufacturing sector because of the challenging and sometimes unhealthy working environments, but, at the same time, the researchers propose that it should be done in a manner that helps in improving the employment and motivation of employees in this sector.
