a. According to the Drug policy Allianve yeh effects of legalising marijuana across the U.S. caused decline in the crime associated with marijuana use, decline in overdose of marijuana, decline in the cases of driving under the influence of marijuana, it also helped in increasing the employment as more than 200,000 people are greeting their employment from marijuana industries and thus increased the revenue of US government.

b. As per the sheriff’s association the effects of marijuana is all negative and opposite to shown by the dry policy alliance. This includes increase in death because of marijuana overdose, increase in accidents because of marijuana driving, the problem of marijuana use by youth is also increasing and marijuana abuse is also increasing with the legalisation of marijuana.

c. As per professor Kamin the differences in the statistics for marijuana related crimes are because of the two main factors the first factor is that the time that is needed to say any thing concrete about marijuana use is not sufficient as it was legalised in 2012 and the second issue is that the legalisation of marijuana use made police departments more cautious in detecting the marijuana users and hence even those people who were not detected previously are now easily detected apart from this marijuana stays in body for days and hence any accident caused by any person who had used marijuana days back can’t be counted as the consequence of marijuana.
