Question

How is the current American health care system failing patients? How is it failing providers and organizations? Do you believe that health is a right or a privilege?  Do you believe that everyone in America should be insured through a single-payer system? Why or why not? Should there be limitations to these coverages? If so, who should have input to determine the limitations?

Explanation / Answer

Hi There :)

American spends a huge amount of its federal fund towards providing health care services, still health conditions are not that good and satisfactory in the country. Lets put some light on the basic points because of which health performance is degraded :

Keeping in view of national and international aspects, Health should be the right of every citizen, and should be guaranteed at least a basic healthcare. It can not be denied on the basis of Race, cast, sex or Origin.

Single payer healthcare system : It is basically a system in which a single body or a public agency provides the heath care financing, and hence all the medical bills are paid out of a single governmental body, but the final delivery still remains in the private hands. Under this system, all citizens receive the same health benefits, regardless of their ability to pay. It is also known as "medicare for all"

YES, everyone should be covered under this policy as there is very less administrative work so the left fund can be more effeciently spend over providing health care benefits. It HIGHLY ELIMINATES THE PROBLEM OF UNINSURED INDIVIDUALS.

YES ofcourse with great free benefits, there comes hazards of corruptions and under valued and less quality services. As it may encourage overuse of medicare services it should be given in appropriate hands to control its adverse effects.

Hope you get all the points correctly :)

Dont forget to raise a thumbs UP :)

Thank YOU :)
