Explanation / Answer

1) The experience upon which suchmessages are based could be following:

Employees find it difficult to get concentrated over wrok all the time may be because of monotonous work or because of very challenging task or tiring work that may make them drink coffee evry now and then to make them refreshed.

Employees may find the behavior of other co workers (primarily boss) very problematic that may cause hirdles in smooth worklife. Long with stress full work life if organizational politics and occupational stress gets bursted then the owrkplace actually becomes hell.

Organizational linging for 9 to 5 work hours have made employees sick. It has become required for employees to be at time but they only do it for continuation of work not willingly they come.

Sometimes employee may also take chances to opt for lesser valuable jobs in order to get stress free work life.

2) If all these problems and experience get sorted out then organizations may benefit alot. Not only productivity buut effieceincy and effectivenss will increase. Thats why organizations are changing such as introduction of fllexi time, promoting health work environment through enjoyable days at work such as celebrations etc, delegation of authroirties and share of power between bosses and employees. These are few things that organization are doing now in order to erase all these experience and to build up its moost important resource - Human resouce - in most strong and valuable form.
