According to me, points 3 & 4 will be most effective or have the most impact in terms of changing health care behaviours of patients.

As a patient protection of my privacy, plays a very important role, it will further boost my confidence and come forward to take suitable actions regarding my health, specially in cases of life threatning diseases like HIV AIDS and other STD's.

According to me insurance companies will start bringing up role model campaigning in order to provide insurance support to the patients, as well the providers will concentrate on standardization of health care.
