In considering whether to repair or replace y our vehicles, your college roommate suddenly calls one day. After relaying yo your roommate tells you that you need to consider all of the past repairs that those vehicles have cost the company, and pushes you lean in favor of repair rather than replace. How would you assess your roommate's advice?Explanation / Answer
I would consider the cost of repairing the vehicles with buying the new ones. Also the performance of vehicles after repairing is to be considered here. The performance here also refer to the period that the old vehicles will be able to run before another repair.
