Explanation / Answer

a) The design is appealing, I being the customer if I'll see and analyse. I am able to identify and locate the things which I wanted.

b) It is subtle. Comparing to the bricks and mortar store, I would find more displays, more sound, which was missing in this website.

c) Check the product online and you can choose to buy it from your nearest Best Buy offline store. Experince the change :)
