1.Walmart offers most privacy to its customers. The reason being walmart does not "sell or rent" personal information of the customers,other than for it's own business use, without the consent of the customer.

3.The privicy policies of the 3 online retailers namlely Sears, Walmart and Target are distinct in thier own way in terms of varying amount of third party interference and the range of personal information collected and dispersed.

Walmart of all seems to have the safest privacy terms for consumers and gives a wide range of choices to abstain from sharing information as compared to the other 2 retail stores which have large 3rd party interferences and low encryption policies.

This does impact my decision in using the websites. A website that protects my information automatically seems to be more reliable and safe.
