The assigned infrastructure should be regulated. Toll on roads needs to be regulated so as to enhance government revenue as well reducing fiscal deficit. Regulation of toll road forced the people to use public transport and motivate them to minimise their personal vehicles.which in turn reduce the level of pollution into the environment.. This all will be in the welfare of public. Toll road can be regulated in many ways. Firstly government should appoint capable authority who will further issue license to those who will collect toll. They will submit their report on daily basis to the concerned authority regarding no of vehicles revenue collected any complaints from public. To regulate toll road socially each and every personal vehicle is only allowed when it is filled with no of seats given in the vehicle. Only those vehicles are allowed which do not emerge pollution beyond norms.
