The Paris Climate Agreement has been agreed upon by 153 out of 197 Parties. It falls under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Was the President correct to pull the US out of the Accord? Is climate change something that needs to be dealt with on a local level? Should we have national laws to lower our carbon emissions or should there be a global organization to monitor each country(I realize this is not really feasible)?
Explanation / Answer
Answer:
Global warming is the most concerned issue of today for whole world. There were lots of agreements in the past and would be in the future to save the environment from this hazard. As scientists made many regulations to clean and maintain the environment in a proper way, but due to many factors it could not be possible, globalization is one of the most important and significant factor among all.
Therefore, I think it should be duty of every citizen of country to help in cleening of environment. There are numerous things which should be keep in mind by every citizen such as proper use of fossil fuels, natural products etc. The carbon emission would be control if every person show their own responsibility towards environment.
Therefore, by pulling out from the paris agreement by president would not affect that much because it is duty and responsibility for each and every person of country and not just the deal made on paper. However, we can make some laws on national level to reduce the emission of carbon.
