buying a second hand text book doesn't provide any contribution to GDP and nation
buying an umbrella is helps to increase the GDP
haircut in a saloon is a contribution to the GDP
2. while inflation is there, the prices of goods and services will raise. The purchasing power of common man is decline, he lose the money value. while in deflation the prices of goods and services comes down, the currency value will appreciate and the common would be benefited.
3. natural rate of unemployment means unemployment created by natural actions. if there is no rainfall there would not be any agricultural output, it leads to lack of raw material for industries and it causes to unemployment.
