One of the greatest opportunities with this kind of environment is that organizations can tap into individual skill sets and use those in projects that require diverse kinds of knowledge. The overall diversity of an organization can be tapped by using all of the skill resources within the staff.

However, that requires a lot of coordination, including an inventory of skills within the organization and continual development of individual's skills.

So, as an HR manager how might you manage this kind of work environment? How would you keep track of individuals? How might we engage continual development programs?

Every Employee delievering services in an Organization has its own Skills, Knoweldge and Interest towards particular field ranging from Top Level of Management to the Down Level of Management .

For E.G.- One Employee is very good in Finance related work, whereas another Employee is well versed with Marketing and so on it goes with every Employees.

Being as an HR Manger of the Firm, i would like to understand my each and every Employee mindset working in different Departments so that it enables me to understand their interests, their grassping power, how quickly adapting things around them, Behaviour with their Bosses as well with Other Subordinates.

Following Chart Represents Work Flow of a Reporting Staff members-

Executives -> Team Leaders -> Project Manager -> Directors, CEO's, MD

At a very first place would like to hire a Project Manager who handles the whole bucket of team under him for all the Projects and under particular Project Manager would like to assign Team Leaders... and team Leaders will look after the Executives . Executives will be sending Daily Reports (MIS) to their respective Team Leaders on daily basis at particular time and Team Leaders will forward those reports to repective Project Manager and Project manager to CEO/MD of the company's

In order to identify the Appropriate Candidate for the Right Project can work on 1 principal -

On temporarary basis will be allocating all Team Members to work on different projects at a time (Reshuffling). By keeping an eye on Team Memebers performance delievering upto 1 month will place them to the right Project accordingly.

Apart from that- In order to make our Employees work on continual basis and also on upto the mark performance will keep a Trainning Session every month so their knowledge toward particular Project doesnt get chunk out.

As an HR Manager in order to keeep my Employees Continual Development Program will be Designing and Implementing an Examination Program for my employees... which they have to attempt every week so it becomes their Top Management Bosses to understand their subordinates potential ina much better manner.
