#1) Estradiol is a type of female sex harmone and which is responsible for the secreation of the female primary sex harmones in the body. it have its various function related to the body and sex of the female body as well as making other changes which we known as the development of the female body. it is also esponsible for the shape change of body and maturation of the vegina. it also control the beginning and the stoping of sex process and reproductivity of a female body. it have various stimalation processes. it stimulate a surge in LH release by increasing the positive feedback with the HPG axis for the stimulation of ovulation. as it have it control over norvous system too and responsible for the nervous processes.

The LH in female is a very important sex harmons. it play a vital part of menstraul cycle and conception in the female body. by testing the LH a docter will determine whether the pituitary gland is workin properly or not. if there is a change in the secreation of this harmon than it will indicate low sex harmone level in the body.but if we prevent cells in her AVPV from detecting her estrogen level then her LH level would surge, just like they would before ovulation, but higher than usual.

For the case like if we prevent cell in the acurte nucleus from detecting her estroen level than the her LH levels would gradually rise. it is because to the fact that when we prevent the cell there are other acurate nucleus sub cells which will reproduced again and again and hence the cell will be formed to such an extent that her LH would rise but gradually. hence it will be depend totally on the LH Harmon and acurate nucleus.
