For (a) entropy increases because even though number of moles remain same on both reactant & product side but we can see the conversion solid & gas molecules to gaseous molecules. So entropy increases.

For (b) entropy increases as there is increase in number of moles in the product side than reactant side & also liquid is converted to gas state.

For (c) & (d) entropy increases as there is formation gaseous molecules as products.

In (d) no of moles of products are more than number of moles of reactants.So entropy increases as entropy is maximum for gaseous form.
