a) If we draw a line parallel to the y-axis at temperature 50 degree centigrade( you can take any temperature) , then comparing the different liquid we found, diethyl ether has highest vapour pressure than other liquid. Diethyl molecules are not attracted much to each other as compared with another molecule.

b) mercury has a higher boiling point than other liquid due to lower vapour pressure.
