Explanation / Answer

Psychology deals with brains changes and its behaviour under certain circumstances. Psychology is the behavioir of a person which may change unexpectedly during certain conditions. The person may behave differently at certain times due to some stress or pressure in his mind. As the work tension is increasing day by day even for small kids,psychological problems occur more frequently.

The mind gets disturbed due to many problems. For example the movie '3' in tamil is taken. Here the hero gets disturbed due to stress and pressure and due to these changes he commits suicide at the end. All these are only because of work tension,surrounding happenings both pleasant as well as unpleasant etc.

These can be avoided to certain extent by doing regular exercise to relax both body and mind.
