1) Le-chatelier principle states that if any changes take place at equilibrium, reaction goes in that direction to minimise that effect of change.so if reactants are introduced then reactio would go toward right so as to minimise concentration of reactant.
2) for endothermic reaction ,heat needs to be absorbed to catalyse the reaction.so if temerature of water is high then reaction would g very fastly...
