Answer- The integration of research based Practice includes 4 things-

- Collaboration with members of professional learning community- it includes teacher observation and student progess it used to inform instruction of learning. seminar and leacture from professional comunity and subjects expert and researchers.
- working with families and communities to support student learning and enhance the student learning by various method with help of modern technology- in includes the involvement of family members and let them concern about the student progress and inform them about the student activity in regular period of interval
- Data information instruction- it works with the support from the student, teachers and Principal.

- collaboration of new technology like computer and internet, interactive powerpoint presentation, questioning and answering section during powerpoint presentation in learning method
- involvement of family members and inform them about the progress report of student in regular time period interval.
- develop such environment that make school as learning system for students as well as for teachers
