From the experiment
1- Test tube #1 and #3 are blank readings, these values represent when the enzyme in the expeirmentals tudy is not used, the change in rate of reaction.
2- Digestion of triglycerols is affected by both temperature as increase in temperature increases the rate of digestion of triglycerols and the bile salts presence also shown to increase by catalyzing the rate of digestion. These two enhance the rate of reaction by decreasing the net activation energy needed for the reaction to occur and by complexation strategy.
