the above question has three major problems to be looked upon ,as in today's date these are one of common problems that any farmer / individual faces who are linked to agriculture in any means .

so to increase the productivity per hectare we can apply techniques /stratagies :

finding the farmed labours who are unemployed and giving them some lucrative offers, by which they could be attracted towards your company such as giving gifts on some special occasions.by which labours could make out your company is better as compared to others and they could also work in your firm even at less wages. this is what i think could work positively.
