A)At a rate of nearly 3.3 all the parts of solution would be at equal rates and hence therefore there will be no difference in concentration of the solution. It is estimated as 3.3because all the parts of the solution remain in same position at this point or meet at this point.

B)The maximum etch rate would be approximately present at 3.5 as the individual concentrations are at the same place at this point.

C)At 10%of H2O2, the etch rate is =(3.5×10)/100=0.35

At 60% of H2SO2,the etch rate is=(3.5×60)/100=2.1

When the acid concentrations are changed,first the change in H2SO2 solution is checked as it involves the maximum etch rate.
