pH = pKa + log(TRIS/TRIS acid)

pH = 8.3 + log(0.65/1.85)

pH = 7.84

mmol of H+ = MV = 0.00013 = 0.00013 *1000 = 0.13

mmol fo TRIS base left = 2.5-1.85= 0.65

mmol of TRIS acid formed = 1.85 + 0.13 = 1.98

pH = pKa + log(TRIS/TRIS acid)
