1.a.At age 40, most women require between 1,800 and 2,200 calories daily to maintain healthy weights.I also belong to this age group and limit my calorie intake to this level.I am a moderate worker so this limit of calories help to meatbolize my system.My protein intake is about 127 gms per day.I obtain about 5 percent to 65 percent of my calories from carbs and 20 percent to 35 percent from fat, which equates to 169 to 244 grams of carbs and 33 to 58 grams of fat daily when eating 1,500 calories day.

I have all of the areas above the 30% mark. Except the trans fats one. That one has 0%.
As I went back and retried my diet, I don't have any one ingredient that is over 30% on anything. But combining them all brings it up. So if I chose cheese and the refried beans, I don't think I am overdoing it on anything because tomorrow I will not do not have the same food. Plus, I chose these foods because I love to eat them.
e.They were high in calories, fat, and cholesterol and thus should be completely avoided .
f.These icons are- carbohydrates, proteins fats minerals,vitamins water and fibres.I favor proteins as it is healthy and tasty choice too.It offers lot of healthy varieties like soy,eggs,milk etc.
