Explanation / Answer

There are 20 amino acids occuring in nature. The properties of these amino acids are classified according to the side chain attached either as hydrophobic, polar neutral or charged.

1) Lysine : lysine is an essental amino acid with primary amine group(NH3+) attached to it.So, it is positively charged amino acid.

2) Aspartate : Aspartate or aspartic acid is an amino acid. It contains alpha carboxylic acid(COO-). So, it is negatively charged amino acid.

3) Threonine : Threonine(Thr) contains an alpha amino group(NH3+) and an alpha carboxylic acid(COO-) and an alcohol containing side chain, due to which it is classified as Polar neutral amino acid.

4) Methionine : Methionine(Met) is an aplha amino acid. It contains an alpha amino group(NH3+) and an alpha carboxylic acid(COO-) and S-methyl thioether side chain. So,it is polar neutral amino acid.

5) Non-Polar amino acids have hydrophobic properties.
