Ageism is a form of discrimination against elderly. It is a prejudice experienced by the aged individuals. Most of the elderly people are almost active mentally if not physically. Still, they have a great deal to contribute to the improvement of the society. But, the modern day society tends to marginalise and discriminate them. There is general sense of apathy to the elderly. Further, they are not welcomed in social gatherings and are made fun off. All the five statements given in the question fall in one of the above mentioned categories. So, all of them are examples for ageism.
